• A wedding monogram is a visual representation of two people becoming one, combining their initials to form a monogram. The traditional format is the bride's initial on the left, the groom's initial on the right, and the initial of their shared last name in the middle. The middle letter is usually larger than the first two initials, symbolizing the joining of the names.
